in prior to Oct. 4 and be a part of the first draw! See the entry form for all details. Payment must be submitted
with entry form. For stall reservations you must call/text Bryn Fox 520-909-3197 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Stalls are $12 per night. Payment is due the morning of Saturday, Oct 18. THERE ARE NO TIE UPS
OR PORTABLE STALLS ALLOWED. If you would like to attend the $10 Mexican buffet dinner Saturday night at the
fairgrounds for the conclusion of the silent auction contact Bryn Fox at the contacts above. All reservations
for the dinner must be made by Oct. 10!
All entries must be received and be paid in full before 11:30 am to be a part
of the draw. All entries received after 11:30 am will be added to the end of the draw.
Time Onlys will be limited to 1 minute
Due to issues at this last race all time onlys will
be monitored and you will be asked to leave the arena should you exceed the 1 minute time limit.
Remember October 18 & 19 is our Susan G Komen Benefit Barrel Race.
We have a silent auction and raffle. We are asking each member to donate one item to either the silent auction or raffle.
This can be anything from a $5 gift card to your favorite coffee shop to an item that should be bidded on in our silent auction.
Every person donating an item will be put in a drawing to win one of four 2015 SABRA memberships. We need all of your
help to make this a successful benefit.
